Fire Extinguisher Awareness Training

Our on-site Fire Extinguisher Awareness training course raises awareness of the different types of extinguishers and how to use them.

The course covers the basic components of fire, fire classification used in the UK, selecting the correct extinguisher, actions to be taken before using an extinguisher and how to use the various types of fire extinguisher.

This course is suitable for organisations who wish to provide their staff with the knowledge and understanding of how to use fire-fighting equipment in the event of a fire incident in the workplace as well as a good base knowledge of fire safety awareness.

The face to face training will deliver both theoretical and practical participation. We like to work with number of 6-12 on each course to make it an interactive and enjoyable course for all. We provide all extinguishers, fire blanket, and can also bespoke this course to your fire, and environmental risks on site. Our trainers have an excellent knowledge and real practical experiences within the fire sector.

This course would greatly benefit any employee at any level within the business. Upon completion of the course delegates will be able to correctly identify fire hazards, what to do in the event of a fire, the correct use on various classification of fire extinguishers and on what type of fire they should be used. This is a certificated attendance course.
